Time format
On the left hand side of the table is the time column. It assumes the same format as the one you have selected for the x-axis.

Data reduction and Export
Data may be exported by copying the Data table and then pasting it into the other program. As this mechanism copies "pure" text you will get the resolution inherent in the number of decimals in your tabulated data.

Sometimes the amount of data is too large (oversampled) to be imported in another software. It is very easy to reduce the amount of data by averaging. In the example at left, the amount of data has been reduced by averaging five values.
